Znovuvyužití brownfieldů po povrchové těžbě uhlí v Česku a Německu

Abstract

This master thesis deal with issues of area reutilisation after closedown of brown coal open pit mines and so its comparision between these type sof brownfields in Czech republic and Germany. Document is compacted and first part is given to teoretical problems which are connected to brownfields and speciály open pit mines revitalisation after closure of mines. With this issue is linked also financial section and so one of the charter is given specially to this problem. Second part is practical so there is written about case studies in selected territories of interest. For this master thesis was chosen Down Lusatia area in Germany where is opet pit mine Nochten and in Czech republic its area of Podkrušnohoří with open pit mine Vršany Šverma. There were chosen two similar areas for make a good comparision and so reports could be as objective as possible. Output of this master thesis is analysis of different approaches in those countries and its mostly about promotion, approaches of public, state and also community because its contemporary issue.
