Abstract

The topic of the graduation theses is The Design of Marketing Communication for Bank. Object of my graduation theses is to find out perception of present marketing communication of Tatra banka, a. s. by permanent clients and to elaborate suitable proposal and recommendation of management with the help of their opinions. The bank gains records based on elaborate proposals which help to improve their marketing communication. The aim of the graduation theses is to point out that Tatra banka, a. s. uses not only advertisement for communication with the client but also all the tools of marketing communication which help to reach the target.
