Abstract

The content of Master Thesis is the proposal of a dashboard solution for sales results presentation utilizing Microsoft Business Intelligence tools. The Thesis contains the whole life cycle from general theory of business intelligence to dashboard design. The proposal of a dashboard solution consists of the initial situation analysis, user requirements collection using the group interview method, design of data warehouse and OLAP database and reports design which are forming the final dashboard.
