Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of quality of occupational safety and health (OSH) in a chosen school facility and on formulating a proposal to improve the quality of OSH including safety measures. The first part contains a list of main requirements for health and safety at work and the development of injury rate in schools and school facilities over the past 5 years. The second part evaluates the quality of OSH at the elementary school in Jevíčko and is focused on OSH training of employees and pupils, analysis of injury rate at mentioned school, safety of machines and equipment used in teaching, but also in technical facilities. An overall evaluation of the quality of OSH is built based on this assessment and a proposal for improvement is made.
