Péče o zaměstnance státního podniku

Abstract

Submitted work analyses the care for an employee within a state enterprise especially with focus on the area of personal development and the area of the use of the fund for social and cultural needs. Following the introductory part, the basic terms occurring within the whole work are explained and respective laws described. Next part of the work is dedicated to the analysis of selected types of care for employees. As there was necessary to ensure objective evaluation of the current state of the care, a research was conducted through questionnaire on the sample of the employees of one of the state enterprises – the Police of the Czech Republic. This part of the work is followed by evaluation of the research. The gained results are interpreted and recommendations on possible usage of the results in practice are given in the final part of the text.
