Abstract
In my bachelor work I have focused the analysis of sports marketing communications business, it is a sport shop HUDYsport. The aim was to determine awareness of the sport shop and his means of communication. In the introduction I described the entire company and a shop in Ostrava. In the theoretical part, I explained the basic concepts associated with marketing and marketing communications. The methodology I have described the sample, the procedure and chosen method obtaining respondents through a questionnaire. The results I evaluated using tables and graphs in the context of proposals and recommendations describe how to effectively use the observed means of communication towards the customer.
