Abstract
The bachelor´s thesis deals with assessment of the position of the company SPEDOS ADS a. s. in market environment. Basic terms regarding competitive ability and method of its assessment are defined in the theoretical part. The company is first characterized in the analytical part, the analysis of competitive ability with the use of specialized methods is carried out subsequently. The target of the thesis is to analyze market environment of the company SPEDOS ADS a. s. and to use the assessment as the basic to recommend proposals in order to improve the position of the company on market.
