Hodnotenie vplyvu motivačných faktorov na zamestnancov základnej školy

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the motivation factors and determine their impact on employees, to find out the overall motivation of employees and the level of employee satisfaction with these factors. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical basis of the issue of motivation in organizations and the description of selected motivational factors. In the second practical part introduces the characteristics of the Primary School Zborov nad Bystricou, the analysis of motivation factors and the questionnaire survey. Using the questionnaire, employees' opinions on motivational factors and satisfaction with these factors are examined. Subsequently, on the basis of the results from the questionnaire, possible solutions are proposed at the end that would lead to the elimination of possible shortcomings and to the improvement of the overall employee satisfaction.
