Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the budget fulfilment of municipality Milikov, as well as to appraise its management between the years 2005 and 2009. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with the basic characteristics of municipalities, their receipts and expenditure. The practical part concentrates on the analysis of the receipts and expenditure and an appraisal of the yearly management.
