Abstract

This thesis focuses on potential influencing the mechanical properties of rolled metal edges, which are thermally divided into appropriate shapes. To examine the mechanical properties of plates the fired blanks are supplied from which the specimens are made. When burning occurs in its semi-burnt edges of the heat affected zone, which may affect the mechanical properties of specimens collected. It will be therefore studied the possible influence of the distance from the collection of specimens fired blank edge in terms of possible changes of mechanical properties and metallographic analysis will be performed.
