Abstract

The objective of this thesis was to specify and analyse the extent of consultancy usage in a real estate agency and propose improvements based on the results of the analyses. In Chapter 2, the basic concepts corresponding to the activity of real estate agents are explained and the methods of analysis used in the research are described. In the analytical section in Chapter Three, the relevant practical analyses are carried out and the results are described, with graphic elements, and evaluated. In Chapter 4, solutions for the improvement of consultants' professionalism in the real estate industry and for improved competitiveness in the field, are submitted. Furthermore, legislative changes for adjusting the conditions in the real estate industry are proposed. The proposed improvements will be presented to the company REASPEK, a.s., which will then decide whether to implement the proposed solutions into practice or continue with the current procedures.
