dc.description.abstractTento dokument shrnuje odbornou praxi ve firmě Storyflex a.s. prováděné v ostravské pobočce se sídlem v ul. Soukenická 3181/19, Ostrava. Popisuji zde tvorbu a závěrečnou podobu zadaného úkolu a to reportu SLA (Service level agreement). Zároveň zde popisuji funkci celé aplikace a přiblížím skutečnosti, které se problematiky SLA dotykají. Závěrem shrnu přínos odborné praxe pro mne.cs
dc.description.abstractThis document summarizes the practical experience in Storyflex Inc. proceeded in branch office in Ostrava, Soukenická 3181/19. The creation and the final shape of the assignement - the SLA (Service Level Agreement) report - is described in the bachelor thesis as well as the function of entire application and implicating effects. The personal contribution od the practical experience is described in the conclusion.en
