Zhodnocení systému motivace ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the employee motivation system in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current approach to motivation and to propose specific measures that could contribute to greater job satisfaction and employee performance. The theoretical part defines key motivational concepts, presents an overview of major theories and motivation tools, including employee benefits. The practical part is based on the results of a questionnaire survey and evaluates perceived motivational factors, the effectiveness of feedback, and the relevance of available benefits. The findings show that the organization has a generally stable and functional motivational framework, while the main potential for improvement lies in the area of benefit personalization and pay system transparency. Based on the results, recommendations are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of the existing tools and support long-term employee engagement.
