Porovnání české a slovenské legislativy správy vyhrazených technických zařízení budov

Abstract

Dedicated building technology consists of a set of facilities providing the technical environment inside of buildings.Regular professional management of such equipments is inevitable and necessary. This management is subject to appropriate legislative regulation and standards. The main aim was to compare legislation of Czech and Slovak Republic concerning the management and operation of DBT. Based on reconnaissance of Czech and Slovak regulatory environment for the management and operation of DBT were selected major legislative aspects that mainly influence this problematic. These aspects were compared in legal environments of Czech and Slovak Republic.
