Abstract

This thesis deals with the suggestion for increasing payments for minerals which are extracted for subsequent revitalization of the area affected by mining and its aim is to acquaint the readers with the current state of legislation in collecting and using taxes from extracted minerals. Mining activity is associated with disrupting the environment that’s why the Mining law decree all mining companies to make financial back up for rehabilitation of the land affected by mining, to pay fees for leased space, and from extracted minerals. None of these payments compensate the subsequent revitalization of the country, which is an important element in integrating landscape unit and its recovery.
