Využití aplikace Safety Observer 3.0. ve stavebnictví

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit možnosti využití aplikace Safety Observer 3.0 ve stavebnictví a zhodnotit její přínos pro kontrolní činnost BOZP na staveništi. Práce se zaměřuje na legislativní a odborný rámec dané problematiky, vymezení základních pojmů, charakteristiku rizik ve stavebnictví a roli koordinátora BOZP. Následně popisuje dosavadní systém kontrolní činnosti, představuje samotnou aplikaci a na základě praktického testování v reálných podmínkách porovnává původní a digitalizovaný způsob evidence a vyhodnocování kontrol. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení hlavních přínosů i slabých stránek aplikace a posouzení její využitelnosti v podmínkách stavební praxe.

The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is to explore the potential applications of the Safety Observer 3.0 in the construction industry and to evaluate its benefits for occupational safety and health (OSH) inspections on construction sites. The thesis focuses on the legislative and technical framework of the issue, the definition of key terms, the characteristics of risks in the construction industry, and the role of the OSH coordinator. It then describes the current inspection system, introduces the application itself, and, based on practical testing under real conditions, compares the traditional and digitized methods of recording and evaluating inspections. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the application’s main benefits and weaknesses and an assessment of its usability in actual construction practice.
