Abstract
The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the competitiveness of the selected company XY inc. which is operating in the e-commerce sector of hobby and professional tools. The research is based on a combination of theoretical knowledge and applied analytical tools such as PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Paired comparison method, BCG analysis and Porter's Five Forces Analysis. Analyze has been made and shows that the company has the potential for successful development and strengthening of its market position, mainly due to the high quality of its product portfolio and the high standard of its services. Key areas include the utilization of online marketing and modern technologies. bachelor thesis provides specific recommendations, whose implementation could help the company in its growth and success.
