Abstract

The diploma thesis is focuses on the issue performance of the petrol stations in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The aim of diploma thesis is to evaluate the performance of petrol stations and suggest measures to increase the current level of performance of petrol stations. Theoretical part is devoted to the definition of basic concepts and the selected analytical methods. In the practical part the theoretical basis are applied to a specific company. Based on established data I suggested provision to increase performance at the petrol station.
