Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of employees in BorsodChem MCHZ s.r.o. The questionnaire survey was implemented among selected employees of the company to achieve the aim. Corrective measures based on the theoretical knowledge and the results of the survey were proposed to increase employees satisfaction of this company.
