Slezská Ostrava - návrh sociálního bydlení, startovací byty pro mladé rodiny

Abstract

The main aim of this thesis was to create buildings that would serve as a starter flats for young families. The proposed buildings will be located on undeveloped land in the Silesian part of Ostrava in the street outside the cable car. The thesis is elaborated in the form of study, whose main component is a selection of sites, including the integration of urban building in the vicinity of buildings and layout of each apartment. The result is a work of five residential buildings with 12 apartments. The work is part of the text and drawings, which are processed under current regulations and legislation.
