Abstract

Aplication of selected principles of Lean management in the calibration laboratory The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of services carried out in the calibration laboratory at Weppler & Trefil s.r.o. Particular attention is paid to the use of the principles of Lean Management with a focus on improving business results. Using selected principles of Lean Management processes were analyzed and by aplication of selected methods changes were made. In the first part of this thesis theoretical background of the issue and the company Weppler & Trefil s.r.o. is presented. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of reasons for application of principles of Lean management, as well as the application of the principles and methods of Lean management and the evaluation of the application.
