The Bachelor Thesis is about problems of evidence technique and managing documentation of selfservice in program IKIS II. In the first part of the Thesis is described program IKIS II, his parts and functions, which it contains. In the second part is evaluated connection of program IKIS II with other programs of HZS ČR. In the third part of Thesis was made evaluation of use of program IKIS II in each region of HZS by a survey. In the last part is evaluated current status of program IKIS II with a regard to difficulty of data flow, managing communication with authors of program and proposals for changes of current program.
