Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the financial management in a territorially divided statutory city. Theoretical part describes the financial and property management of municipality, especially territorially divided statutory cities. The thesis also focuses on cash flows between the city and its districts. The final part summarizes the relationship between a territorially divided city and its districts, and proposes a more economically efficient model.
