The bachelor thesis deals with the Innovation of physical security of home for people with disabilities. In the first part of the thesis there is theoretical part, which deals with physical security from the perspective of object protection. The following part deals with the current state of physical security of the building. Risk analysis methods are used to evaluate the most serious risks for the object, which are addressed in the last part of the thesis, by designing innovative measures to minimize the assessed risks. These measures are linked to the economic quantification, which is described in the last part of the thesis.
