Zabezpečení varování obyvatelstva v zónách havarijního plánování na území obce s rozšířenou působností Ostrava

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with security warnings in the municipality of Ostrava with extended powers. The first part describes the situation of a unified system of warning and notification in the Czech Republic, forms and kinds of warnings, verbal warning and emergency information. The next section evaluates the state in the Moravian Silesian Region and Ostrava. Analysis zones of external emergency plans and design solutions of covers endangered areas by the warning signal and verbal emergency information is supplemented by the financial balance sheet. Annex map outputs are analyzed and the proposed changes.
