Abstract
The bachelor thesis is about transformation of the civic association District establishment School of life - social welfare institution. Theoretical part is focused on the description of the legal forms of civic association, association, institute and public service company. At the end of theoretical part there is comparison of non-governmental organizations, that can help to change a legal form. The practical part is focused on a change of legal form of a civic association District establishment School of life - social welfare institution to public service company Handicap centre School of life in Frýdek-Místek, p. s. c.
