Abstract

The Bachelor thesis describes and analyzes the model of sales and supply with using the outsourcing. It further describes and analyzes the sales and supply model using its own resources. It is a comparative financial analysis of both solutions. The evaluation and recommendation of more effective sales model and supply is done. The work is addressed in terms of Nestlé Professional.
