Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of environmental burden of human activity, which is focused primarily on the consumption of natural resources and excessive waste generation. This work focuses on changing the approach to this issue, in the form of the introduction of cleaner production at the Litvínov Municipal Office. The introduction is devoted to the origin, history and description of the principle of cleaner production. Furthermore, specific objects are described here, where the methodology of cleaner production will be implemented. After the analysis of inputs and outputs, including the balance of flows, specific measures are proposed that bring financial savings and represent a reduced impact on the environment resulting from the activities of the Litvínov Municipal Office.
