Problematika doplňování zásob v podniku

Abstract

Cílem práce je analyzovat vývoj a strukturu zásob a jejich doplňování v konkrétním podniku.

Teoretická část je zaměřena na zásoby, řízení zásob, objednací systémy a analýzu zásob. V praktické části je popsána charakteristika podniku BENEKOVterm, s.r.o., který se zabývá výrobou automatických kotlů. Stěžejní metodou je ABC analýza nakupovaných položek, která je v této práci aplikována.

V závěru práce je zhodnocen současný stav podniku a navrženy způsoby jeho řešení.

The aim is to analyze the structure and evolution of inventory and replenishment in a particular company.

The theoretical part is focused on the inventory, inventory control, ordering systems and inventory analysis. The practical part describes the characteristics of the enterprise BENEKOVterm, Ltd., which is engaged in the manufacture automatic boilers. The fundamental method is the ABC analysis of items purchased, which is applied in this work.

In conclusion, the paper evaluates the current status of the company and suggest ways to solve it.
