Abstract
The bachelor thesis follow up the analysis of competitiveness of DHL Express (Czech Republic) s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to analyse competitiveness and to use selected methods to explore and evaluate the current state of the company and competition. The partial aim of the thesis is to summarize the findings, make recommendations and suggestions for the company how to maintain and improve the position on the current market. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and the individual methods. Methods described in the theoretical part are used in the practical one. These are PEST analysis, Porter model of five competitive forces, method of pair comparison, SWOT analysis and questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis there are some suggestions for the company.
