Digitalizace projektové dokumentace a procesů v oblasti telematiky

Abstract

Thesis deals with the digitization of project documentation and processes in the field of telematics. The main goal is to propose and verify a comprehensive procedure for the electronic processing of documentation and asset management using modern tools. The thesis analyzes the legislative framework and standards for digitization, applies the PDCA cycle for the management of telematics equipment, and uses the Reference Designation System (RDS) for consistent component classification. The methodology includes creating a database for maintenance records throughout the asset lifecycle and implementing the Engineering Base software in a model project. The outcomes confirm the benefits of digitization—improved efficiency, accuracy, and coordination in telematics system management.
