Abstract

The title of the work: Analysis of purchase process in joint stock company Student's name: Petr Moravec The main task of this work is analyse the purchase process in companies especially in joint stock company. First part of this work describes the basic aspects of purchase process. Middle part is focused on marketing and law aspects. The thirt part applies the theoretical knowledge in practical model situation.
