Projektové řízení ve veřejných projektech podle Project Management Body of Knowledge

Abstract

The theme of the thesis is project management in public projects under the Project Management Body of Knowledge . The main objective of the thesis is based on the assessment of the project according to the criteria of project success to propose measures that will lead to improvements in the management of public projects using standard Project Management Body of Knowledge . Evaluation of the project is a public investment project Rainbow House in Ostrava, which was implemented in the period 2011 - 2012. Theoretical part describes the different international standards of project management, examples of successful and failed projects and described in detail phases of the project cycle with individual tools, methods and techniques of project management . The practical part is introduced Project Rainbow House Community Center and then evaluated according to the criteria of project success . Assessment was carried out by means of a comparative analysis of the information obtained through guided dialogue and community center requirements from stakeholders . It was subsequently transferred through synthesis, which were collected identified deficiencies . Deficiencies were the basis for proposing measures to improve the management of public projects . In conclusion are summarized weaknesses of the project and proposed measures that would in the future be a strategic asset for the management of public projects .
