Metody analýzy konkurenčního prostředí se zaměřením na průmyslové podniky

Abstract

The theme of my thesis is „Methods of analysis the competitive environment, focusing on industrial companies“. The aim of this work is to characterize the possible approaches to the analysis of industry competition. The first chapter deals with the concept of competition and competitive advantage. In the second chapter I examine in detail the possible analysis and monitoring competition. The final chapter focuses on the analysis of the competitive environment, which include major methods of analysis nowadays known and discussed. In the final chapter, I critically evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the company, followed by recommendations and assessment of competitiveness.
