Hodnocení forem a zajištění pohledávek ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je problematika zajištění pohledávek ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je provést analýzu zajištění pohledávek ve společnosti, vyhodnotit současný stav a navrhnou nový postup řízení zajištění pohledávek. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány pohledávky, proces řízení pohledávek a preventivní zajištění pohledávek. Praktická část se zabývá vznikem pohledávek z obchodního styku a stávajícím stavem řízení pohledávek ve společnosti. Odběratelé jsou identifikováni dle vztahu a výše tržeb ve společnosti. Pohledávky jsou analyzovány z pohledu současného stavu a z pohledu zajištění. Na základě zjištěných informací je zhodnocen proces řízení a zajištění pohledávek a navržen postup na vypracování hodnocení odběratelů a směrnice k řízení a zajištění pohledávek.

The theme of this thesis is the issue of securing receivables in selected company. The aim is to analyze the collateral assets in the company to evaluate the current situation and propose a new process control security claims. In the theoretical part are characterized by claims management process and preventive security claims. The practical part deals with the emergence of trade receivables and current status of receivables management company. Subscribers are identified by a relative amount of sales in the company. Receivables are analyzed from the perspective of the current situation and in terms of security. Based on the information reviewed is the process of managing and securing receivables and procedure designed to make an assessment of customers and guidelines for the management and security claims.
