Porovnání zdrojů financování dlouhodobého majetku

Abstract

The aim of bachelor thesis "Comparison of the financing resources of long-term assets" is to describe the possibilities for funding long-term assets, in our case utility vehicle Ford Transit. The second chapter of bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical treatment of forms of financing, the third chapter deals with the evaluation of tenders using the lease of four selected methods, which are discounted expenditure method, the APR, interest rates and the lease rate. The fourth chapter covers the selection of the best offers selected leasing companies using point methods.
