Abstract
This bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of dispatching module for traffic monitoring system developed by GX Solutions company in collaboration with the VŠB-TU Ostrava. This module is designed for online tracking of vehicles, also with the possibility of view of history. The module will utilize external information, such as POI, traffic information, weather, cameras etc.
