Eliminace těžkých kovů z prostředí biotechnologickými procesy

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis introduces the readers the problem of elimination of heavy metals through individual biotechnological procedures such as biocumulation and volatization, bioprecipitation and biosorption. These mechanisms of elimination of heavy metals and their types are described. Furthermore, the qualities, occurence, toxicity and effects of heavy metals are described as well as individual microorganisms which are able to eliminate these dangerous metals.
