Zhodnocení dostupnosti nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež v České republice

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit na základě analýzy dostupnost nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež v České republice s důrazem na dva vybrané kraje, a sice kraje Moravskoslezský a Ústecký, kdy tyto kraje jsou komparovány mezi sebou a hodnoceny ve vztahu k průměru České republiky. K dosažení cíle byla použita metoda deskripce, komparace, analýzy a explanace. V souladu s cílem byly formulovány dvě hypotézy. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vymezení konceptu chudoby a sociálního vyloučení včetně řešení těchto negativních jevů. V další části je na tuto problematiku navázáno v prostředí České republiky. Smyslem této kapitoly je analýza předpokladů sociálního vyloučení kraje za pomoci vybraných socioekonomických indikátorů a následná analýza dostupnosti nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež ve dvou sledovaných krajích v roce 2018. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou výsledky analýzy ze třetí kapitoly komparovány mezi kraji a hodnoceny ve vztahu k průměru ČR. S využitím poměrových ukazatelů jsou zhodnoceny i sociální výdaje krajů. V závěru čtvrté kapitoly byla na základě zjištěných výsledků formulována doporučení.

The objective of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the accessibility of low-threshold children and youth facilities in the Czech Republic, with the focus on two selected regions – Moravskoslezský and Ústecký, when these regions are compared with each other and with the average in the Czech republic. To achieve the goal were used methods of description, comparison, analysis, and explanation to obtain qualitative and quantitative data which reinforces the paper’s objective. In line with the intent, there were formulated two hypotheses. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the concept of poverty and social exclusion including the solution to this negative phenomenon. In the next part, this problematic is linked to in the environment of the Czech Republic. The purpose of this chapter is the analysis of the assumptions of social exclusion of the region with the help of selected socio-economic indicators and the subsequent analysis of the availability of low-threshold children and youth facilities in the two monitored regions in 2018. In the fourth chapter, the results of the analysis from the third chapter are compared between regions and evaluated concerning the Czech average. Social expenditures of regions are evaluated using ratio indicators. At the end of the fourth chapter, recommendations were formulated based on the obtained results.
