Revitalizace areálu na ul. Staroměstská, Frýdek-Místek

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce byl návrh na využití již nevyužívaného průmyslového objektu včetně jeho přilehlého areálu ve městě Frýdku-Místku. Jako podklad pro návrh řešení byl průzkum za pomocí dotazníku. Díky nově navrženým variantám řešení by mělo dojít ke znovuoživení části města. Obě varianty návrhu řešení na využití vyplývají z potřeb obyvatel. Nejefektivnější varianta návrhu byla dále rozpracována. Samotná varianta obsahuje návrh řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury, orientační propočet nákladů a výpočty nutné pro návrh přípojek inženýrských sítí.

The aim of this Master thesis was to elaborate a proposal for utilization of an already unused industrial object including its neighboring area in Frýdek-Místek. The basis for the proposed solution was a survey using a questionnaire. Due to the newly proposed variants of the solution, the part of the city should be revived. Both possible variants of the proposed utilization are based on the needs of the population. The most efficient variant of the proposal was further elaborated. The variant itself icludes the proposal of the solution of the transport and technical infrastructure, estimated cost and calculations necessary for the proposal of connections of network systém.
