Abstract

The goal of bachelor thesis was to perform analysis of education and staff development in the company Partners Financial Services a.s. The thesis includes the theoretical and the practial part. In the theoretical part, it was necessary to apprise of this isme by literature to achieve goal. The practical part is focused on detailed analysis achieved by interview survey and own observations. Finally were drawn conclusions and designed recommendations.
