Prispôsobenie systému riadenia kvality požiadavkám revidovaných noriem ISO 9001 a IATF 16949

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá systémom riadenia kvality v podniku, ktorý pôsobí ako dodávateľ druhej úrovne v automobilovom priemysle. Cieľom diplomovej práce je posúdiť dopad revízie štandardov ISO 9001:2015 a IATF 16949:2016 na súčasný systém riadenia kvality vo vybranom podniku a v prípade nedostatkových oblastí navrhnúť vhodné opatrenia na zabezpečenie súladu s novými a zmenenými požiadavkami. Prvá čast teoreticky popisuje systém riadenia kvality a štandardy, ktoré upravujú túto oblasť. Obsah práce sa taktiež zameriava na stručnú charakteristiku nových a zmenených požiadaviek, ktoré boli prijaté v rámci revízneho procesu noriem ISO 9001:2015 a IATF 16949:2016. Na základe vykonanej rozdielovej analýzy boli identifikované oblasti v systéme riadenia kvality, do ktorých bude potrebné implementovať nové požiadavky. V poslednej časti práce sú predložené návrhy možných spôsobov implementácie nových požiadaviek, ktoré zabezpečia plný súlad s revidovanými štandardmi.

Diploma thesis deals with the quality management system in company which operates as tier two supplier in the automotive industry. The aim of this thesis is to consider the impact of the revision of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 on the current quality management system in the selected company. In case of identified insufficient area to propose suitable actions in order to ensure compliance with new or changed requirements. The first part theoretically describes the quality management system and the standards that regulate this area. The content of thesis also focus on the brief characteristic of new and changed requirements of revised standards ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. Based on gap analysis we identified fields in the quality management system where is needed to implement new requirements. In the last part of this thesis there are provided proposals of possible ways to implement new requirements to ensure compliance with the revised standards.
