Oceňování lesa

Abstract

The goals of this bachelor thesis are distribution and description of particular forms and methods of valuation of forest land. Methods of a valuation and their influence on a public policy are described in the introduction. Theoretical part describes the distribution of forests, forms and methods that deal with their evaluation. As a practical part, several forested properties were evaluated by different methods which results are compared at the end.
