Využití virtuální reality (VR) a rozšířené reality (AR) v oblasti evakuace osob

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on current technical means for virtual and augmented reality and their potential applications in the field of evacuation of persons. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate their current state and functioning in the design, preparation, and verification of evacuation procedures. The thesis first defines the theoretical background of evacuation and subsequently describes hardware means with an emphasis on systems for interaction and locomotion in a virtual environment. The main part is then dedicated to specific practical applications. The conclusion focuses on the overall evaluation of advantages, technological limitations, and economic demands when implementing these modern tools into field of human evacuation.
