Abstract

Variant design of construction of foundation strips of multifunctional building in Opava - Construction technology project VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Construction, 2019, Thesis supervisor: Ing. Hana Ševčíková Ph.D. The content of the thesis is the preparation of project documentation for building permit. This is a project of multifunctional house in Opava. Within the project, a variant solution of the dual design of the foundation structures was developed as prefamonolithic foundation strips and monolithic strips with a comparison from the economic and time point of view. The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation of economic and time aspects of implementation of these variants.
