Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to draft a new building for public housing in the capacity range of eighteen residential units with the creation of parking capacity for residents of the house in the same building site.
When designing the current built-up area of Luhačovice must respect the fact that the building is proposed within the urban conservation area in the protection zone II of natural medicinal resources. instance, in the inner spa area. Proposal considerably complicates the management of a dense network of technical infrastructure and not reasonably base.
The thesis offers a sophisticated variant of the basic solution of the new building, assessing economic performance, analyze the usability of the current structure is built up, describes the functional relationship of the proposal and assess the suitability of the proposed technical solutions for material. The main purpose of this work is to develop solutions to architectural construction documents for building permits, according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll.
