Abstract

The topic of diploma thesis is „Measuring customer satisfaction with services of language school“ concretely 1st English Language School specializing in English language teaching which is situated in Ostrava. The company 1st English s.r.o. is considered as an essential innovator on the market in the area of education. This fact is supported by newly developed teaching method 1st English method which derives from very popular Direct Method. The diploma thesis is focused on measuring customer satisfaction by means of these two methods.
