Hodnocení efektivnosti investice na Dole Paskov

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je posouzení efektivnosti investice zavedení centrální klimatizace na Dole Paskov. V úvodní části je popsána charakteristika společnosti OKD, a.s. a Dolu Paskov. Dále jsou v práci vymezena teoretická východiska, kde jsou blíže popsány metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic. V další části následuje popis mikroklimatických podmínek důlního pracoviště, prognóza mikroklimatických podmínek pro léta 2015 až 2021 a popis současného stavu důlní klimatizace. Poslední část je věnována hodnocení efektivnosti investice za pomoci metody doby splácení, výnosnosti, vnitřního výnosového procenta a čisté současné hodnoty. V závěru následuje konečné srovnání efektivnosti investice.

The aim of the thesis is to consider the effectivity of investment to central air conditioning. The first part describes the characteristics of OKD, a.s. and Paskov Mine. Further this work defined the theoretical background, which described methods effectiveness of investments. In the next part followed description of microclimatic conditions in mine work places, prognosis of microclimatic conditions for the years 2015 to 2021 and description of the current state of mine air conditioning. Finally, we focus on the reviews of effectivity of investment using the method of repayment period, productivity, internal rate of return and net present value. In conclusion followed a final comparison of the effectiveness of investments.
