Abstract

This dissertation focuses on: “The Marketing Analysis and Comparison of Selected Ski Resorts“. The dissertation provides the description, analysis and comparison of selected ski resorts, services evaluation and improvement suggestions for selected ski resorts. Part of the dissertation is introduction of the theoretical bases of the marketing, marketing mix, skiing and other conceptions, which are related to its topic. The next part deals with the characteristics of selected ski resorts and SWOT analysis. Then the dissertation focuses on the customer’s satisfaction with provided services by the questionnaire. In the last part the results of the research are summarized, the conclusions and recommendations are made.
