Internet z pohledu regionálního telekomunikačního operátora

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracován přehled využívaných internetových technologií a zhodnocení informačních a ekonomických systémů využívaných telekomunikačním operátorem. V úvodu je vysvětleno, co to je Internet a jeho historie. Následně je zpracován jeho rozvoj v České republice, v Mostě a z pohledu konkrétního telekomunikačního operátora. Dále jsou začleněny technologické způsoby připojení k Internetu. V další části je na službu připojení k síti Internet pohlíženo z daňového a účetního hlediska. Následně je popsán význam internetových stránek jako zdroje informací pro zákazníky. V další části je zhodnocení zákaznického a týmového webu, dále systémů Atair a Abra používané operátorem. V práci je navrženo vylepšení používaných informačních a ekonomických systémů s cílem snížení nákladů a zajištění větší efektivnosti práce.

In attached work is processed survey of used internet technologies and evaluation of informative and economic systems used by telecommunication operator. In the introduction is interpreted what is Internet and its history. Subsequently is processed its development in Czech Republic, in Most and also from the view of concrete telecommunication operator. Further are included technological methods of access point to Internet. In the next section is viewed on service of access point to Internet from tax and accounting angle. Further is described meaning of internet sites as a source of information for customers. In the next section is evaluation of customs and team web, Atair and Abra systems used by operator. At work is suggested improvement of used informative and economic systems with a goal to lower the costs and ensure higher work efficiency.
